As a Reminder…

The first half payment of 2022 Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes are due December 30. The second half of taxes are due May 31.

As of November 19, 2014, Credit/Debit Card payments are made through a third-party payment processor, Maine Payport, and each payment made through the service will incur a Payport Fee. The fees are: $0-$40= $1.00 minimum charge; $40.01 and Up= Flat 2.5% fee calculated based on the transaction total.

A reminder to visitors: It is State Law that if you are visiting Lubec for more than 2-3 weeks, you must register your dog in Maine regardless if the dog is registered in another state.

PUBLIC NOTICE

There will be equipment moving into the bay behind the historical society working on the Safe Harbor project April 3- May 3.

There will be a Board of Appeals meeting Friday, March 24, 2023 at 6pm at the Lubec Fire Hall.

There is a Winter parking ban on all streets of Lubec 6pm-6am November 15- April 15.

Anyone in the Lubec area looking to assist with the ATV trail Route 1 into Lubec process, please contact Dan Daley.

2023 Dog Licenses are now available. Please get your dog (s) registered by January 31, 2023 to avoid a $25 late fee.
