The Town of Lubec now participates in the TULIP (Tenant User Liability Insurance Program) is for people or organizations requesting to use town owned or town leased property for an event, such as the Band Stand, Stockford Park, etc. The Town requires proof of insurance for such an event. This program is through the Town’s Insurance provider Maine Municipal Association.
